Equal employment opportunity

Macrossans Lawyers regularly provide advice to and represent a number of public and private sector employers and property owners in conciliations in the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission and State and Federal Anti-Discrimination Commission and tribunals.

Our lawyers also frequently advise on the:

  • Development and interpretation of anti-discrimination and equal opportunity policies
  • Impact of related policies, such as grievance, code of conduct, bullying and sexual harassment policies
  • Use of affirmative action policies.
