Macrossans Lawyers regularly provide advice to and represent a number of public and private sector employers and property owners in conciliations in the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission and State and Federal Anti-Discrimination Commission and tribunals.
We interpret the range of implications arising from both the Commonwealth and Queensland systems of anti-discrimination legislation.
Our lawyers also frequently advise on the:
- Development and interpretation of anti-discrimination and equal opportunity policies
- Impact of related policies, such as grievance, code of conduct, bullying and sexual harassment policies
- Use of affirmative action policies.
Please review our range of papers and presentation on employment topics.
